beacons national park and black mountains of sunny wales. again teamed
with alan from kyte-clan.com. both have new larger tents this time, to
accomodate for the no doubt "challenging" weather!

2011
brings another little adventure, over to bruges in belgium. and in the
wise words of colin farrell "Prison, death, it didn't matter. Because
at least in prison and at least in death, you know, I wouldn't be in
f**king Bruges." perhaps we'd have more fun than he did... riding 2-up
with my better half, joanna, who is also charged with cameraman
duties... |

2010's winter trip. 2 men journey
on 2 wheels in november to 2 foot of snow in the pyrenees. they said we
were crazy. they were right! it was alans idea!

2010's trip to france, italy, and switzerland, taking in the
stelvio pass, the san bernardino pass, the tonale pass, to name but a
few, as well as lake como, french national parks, places new, and

2009's return to segovia in spain,
this time for pleasure, not business. after 6 return trips to teach out
there, 7am-9pm, it didn't leave much time to play. this trip would
allow me to explore a beautiful city, and have another bike bumble in
the process

2008's solo european trip, some
4200miles in 12 days taking in a few countries: france, switzerland,
italy, austria, germany, czech rep., poland, and belgium. a humbling
experience, travelling on your own...

1800 miles
around california with my old man, on 2 harley fatboy's from san
francisco, down route 1 through monterey bay, carmel, morro bay to
santa monica pier in LA, and back up to san francisco by way of death
valley and yosemite national park, in 2007. a big thanks to eaglerider SF for providing
some lovely bikes, and an apology for the state they were in when we
returned them
